During 2008 the Board Of Directors of the Spa On Port Royal Sound

requested a vote from all homeowners on the NO PET Section of the Master Deed.

The Results of the Owners Vote was 87% want to continue the

NO PET RULE  to remain in force.

 13% of the Owners wanted to  ALLOW PETS.

  The Master Deed Pet Policy Of NO PETS Remains in Effect.
